The complete assembling hydraulic actuator ELMO-GM 400x2/20
PURPOSE: The hydraulic actuator ELMO-GM 400×2/20 is intended for movement heavy loads up to 400 t on railway track.
Name ELMO-GM 400×2/20 interpretation:
ELMO - means electric and assembling equipment;
GM - means assembling hydraulic actuator;
400 - maximum weight of moving load, t;
2 - number of hydrocylinders;
20 - maximum pressure in hydraulic system, MPa.
The hydraulic actuator ELMO-GM 400×2/20 contains a pump unit YG4e1/20 (1 item on fig.1), 2 power hydrocylinders SGg 15/20 (5.1 - 5.2 items) connected to the pump unit with 4 pump high pressure hoses RVD 6/40 (9.1 - 9.4 items) 8 meters long each, 2 clamps (7.1, 7.2 items), 2 stops (8.1 – 8.2 items).

Claws blocking and release occur automatically. During idling claws deblock and move up to new starting position.The pump unit YG4e1/20
YG4 - type of the pump unit;
e - electric drive (3х380 V, 50 Hz, 2.2 kW);
1 - useful displacement at pessure from 0 to 20 MPa, sm³;
20 - maximum working pressure, MPa.
Dry weight of the pump unit is no more then 65 kg.
